Protesters Rally Near USC To Support Raising Minimum Wage To $15

Protestors took to the streets of L.A. on the National Day of Action to support the "Fight For $15."

The "Fight for $15" started off with a bang in L.A. on Wednesday, where nearly a thousand people took to the streets to show their support in raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour.

Similar marches and rallies were held across the country as part of a National Day of Action in the "Fight For $15."

There is a proposal before the L.A. City Council to raise the minimum wage to $13.25 by 2017 and $15.25 by 2019.
