I Can't Believe It is Over
If I'm being totally honest, I never thought that I would be sad about the end of this class. I came into it only thinking about the early mornings, long days, and tons of work.
After my last show, I realized that I was going to miss the Monday team more than anything. We have become such a family.
For those taking this class in future semesters, I can only hope that you have a team that communicates, works together, and knows how to laugh. We had so many moments when iNews shut down, videos didn't roll, and show timing was off, but in the end we had to laugh because what else is there to do.

We tried to make the newsroom as welcoming as possible. We even had baked goods. We started the tradition of playing a song of the day when the rundown was final so we could all take a deep breath and let loose before show time.
Aside from the fun and games, this class is hard, but it is rewarding. I can't say that there have been many more rewarding moments in college than the first time we went on air and had all of our videos edited and sent in.
To the future producers all I can say is good luck, and don't be afraid to take risks.
