No Winner for Tuesday's Mega Millions Drawing

The jackpot for Mega Millions is up to $500 million and people across the nation are hoping they have those six lucky numbers.

The pursuit of those six lucky numbers will continue as the next Mega Millions drawing is slated for Friday. The jackpot is expected to be $540 million.

Tuesday’s numbers were 9-19-34-44-51 and Mega Number-24.

Friday’s drawing will be the largest jackpot since 1996 when the game began. The previous largest jackpot was $390 million.

Nine of the 47 tickets sold with the five numbers, but lacking the Mega Number were sold in California. One was sold at Surf Liquor in Santa Monica while another was purchased at Stopper Liquor in Placentia.

According to the Mega Millions website, the odds of matching all five numbers and the Mega Number is 1 to 175,711,536.
