USC Ranked No. 56 University in North America
The Times Higher Education World University Rankings were released Thursday, and USC came in at No. 56.
According to the Times Higher Education, these ratings are based upon how closely world class universities stick to their core missions such as teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook.
Coming it an No. 1 is the California Institute of Technology, followed closely by Stanford University, Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Yale University.
Much to the despair of Trojan students, cross-town rival UCLA came in at No. 13.
