Alex Holmes was a tight end on the USC Football team from 2000 to 2004.

Lane Kiffin was his head coach starting in 2010, and Ed Orgeron recruited him in high school, so he is familiar with the style of both coaches.
He thought Kiffin was more of an introvert, which may have prevented him from building a strong bond with his team.
