Medical Students React To Nobel Prize Winners in Medicine

Nobel Prize winners in medicine helped identify a severe form of epilepsy in children with their research. (Wikimedia Commons)
Scientists believe this could eventually lead to new medicines for epilepsy, diabetes and other conditions.
Two of the winners, Randy Schekman and Thomas Sudhof are from California; UC Berkeley and Stanford University.
Vladimir Ljubimov and Joseph Skeate are two students from the Keck School of Medicine who gave their input on how this will help research.
