Amazon Starts Sunday Delivery

Amazon begins Sunday deliveries in Los Angeles and New York this week.

The giant online retailer is partnering with the U.S. Postal Service to provide this service at no extra charge. 

Assistant Professor of Marketing Lars Perner said this will benefit consumers who work during the week and may not be able to sign for their packages when they arrive.

The e-commerce company plans to expand the Sunday delivery program to other cities next year.
