Public Invited to Tour USC Shoah Foundation

Public tours of USC's Shoah Foundation reveal how to access over 50,000 Holocaust survivor testimonies.

The USC Shoah Foundation opened its doors to the public Wednesday in an effort to educate those interested in referencing Holocaust survivor testimonies online.

The foundation was created by Steven Speilberg in 1994 as a way to capture and archive video testimonies from Holocaust survivors before their stories were lost forever.

Shoah has published 51,696 audio-visual testimonies in its Visual History Archive so far.
