Hollywood Hills Manhunt Underway
Update | Feb. 5 3:28 p.m.: Police are continuosly searching for murder suspect in the Hollywood Hills. Despite some reported sightings, Oscar Bridges is still at large.
Original Story | Feb. 4 10:41 a.m.: An anonymous tip triggered an ongoing manhunt in the Hollywood Hills Tuesday.
Police are searching for 54-year-old Oscar Bridges, also known as "Rick." He is wanted in connection with the fatal stabbing of 21-year-old Texas resident, Robert Brewer.
Brewer's body was found in a motel in South Los Angeles nearly two weeks ago.
Investigators are questioning local businesses and hotel managers around the Hollywood and West Hollywood areas, where Bridges is known to stay.
Officials describe Bridges as a 6 foot 2 inch African American with black dreadlocks.
The LA County Sherriff says Bridges is a registered sex offender with an extensive criminal record.
