Activists Campaign to Rise Above Addiction
More than 90 people repelled down a Pasadena building Wednesday morning to raise money and awareness for addiction.
Shatterproof, a national addiction awareness organization, presented its campaign against alcohol and drug addiction.
Repellers scaled down 12 stories of the Westin Hotel. Participants included former drug and alcohol abusers.
Shatterproof is a brand new organization. They will hold similar events in 20 states across the country.
