Young Adults Sign-up for Health Care

Earlier this month, the Obama administration announced that only 25 percent of those signed up for health care fall between the ages of 18 to 34.

The Obama administration pushed to increase the number of young adults enrolling for health care.

The system needs a balance between older enrolees who may need more services and younger people who tend to need less.

22-year-old Jonathan Lachuga began the health care sign-up process at 9am in the City of Commerce.

He thought it was important for all people his age to enroll of health care.

By two in the afternoon, Lachuga officially enrolled for health care.
