Activist Sues City of LA

LA CAN members rallied Tuesday in support of Deborah Burton, a Skid Row activist who's taking the city to court.
Police say Burton was charged with assault and battery after blowing an air horn directly into officials' ears during a protest.
Burton was acquitted of all charges in 2013, but she is now counter suing.
She says the stress of the charges caused major medical problems.
