Women's Basketball Cassie Harberts Nominee For WBCA All-America Team

USC women's basketball forward Cassie Harberts was named to the Women's Basketball Coaches' Association All-Region team, and is a nominee for the ten member All-America Team.

Harberts is the first Trojan to take home WBCA All-Region honors since former USC guard Eshaya Murphy in 2007. Harberts has also been named as one of the four All-Region nominees from Region 8 for the 2014 WBCA Division I Coaches' All-America Team.

She will find out if she made the cut for the All-America Team on April 5th. The 10-member team will be announced during the NCAA Women's Final Four.

During her senior year, Harberts averaged 15.6 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game.

Harberts led the Women of Troy to the Pac-12 Tournament, where USC pulled off four wins in four days to take home the crown. Taking home their first-ever Pac-12 Tournament Championship also gave the program its first trip to the NCAA Tournament since 2006.

Harberts finishes her USC career as the program's No. 7 all-time leading scorer (1,832 points), No. 8 all-time rebounder (925 rebounds), No. 3 all-time in free throws made (560 FTM) and No. 12 in blocks (99 blocks).
