Family Reacts to Death of 7-year-old Boy Killed By Ice Cream Truck

A South Los Angeles community is in mourning today after a seven-year-old boy was hit and killed by an ice cream truck. But as Christian Brown reports, the family is telling a different story.

The family of Jamarion Thomas is asking for justice after the 7-year-old was run down by an ice cream truck near the corner of 97th and Main streets last night. Police say Thomas was holding on to the truck while riding his motor bike, but lost balance and fell under the wheels. Family members are asking police to investigate further.
