Experts Expect Record Low Turnout for Midterm Elections

By 10 a.m. on Tuesday, the Parkside polling location at USC had seen nine voters, three voters more than it had seen last year, according to one of the election officials present. Some people took to social media to voice their intention to vote.
But how many of them are actually going out to vote?
