Family Of Homeless Man Killed By Police Is Suing

The family of a homeless man who was killed by police on Skid Row hopes to receive $20 million.

Charly Leundeu Keunang was unarmed and homeless when he was shot to death by police last month.

On Thursday, his family announced that they are suing the Los Angeles Police Department and hope to receive $20 million. They are charging LAPD with wrongful death, assault and battery, and excessive force.

COMMENTS

Charlie deserves justice as his death was premeditated. Even if he was a wanted murderer, he still deserve to live and he wasn't anyway.
