No. 10 Trojans Try to Deflate Ducks

USC baseball looks to get back on track in PAC-12 play with series vs. Oregon.

The No. 10 USC baseball team (27-9, 8-4) comes off a 12th inning 2-0 victory over Pepperdine with a chance to slow down streaking Oregon in a three-game series at Dedeaux Field starting Friday. The Trojans are looking for their first series win over the Ducks since the 2009 season, and the team says they are poised to accomplish just that with a renewed sense of swing in the box.

Oregon enters the West coast roadtrip on a two-game win streak, beating out rival Oregon State in a 10-9 slugfest Sunday. First pitch in the series opener for the Trojans and Ducks is slated for Friday under the lights at 6:00 p.m.
