Trail Mix: Republican Senate Candidate Duf Sundheim

Sundheim talks immigration and climate change with The Current's Max Schwartz.

Republican Senate candidate Duf Sundheim appeared on the latest edition of Trail Mix. He discussed how he thinks he could fill retiring Sen. Barbara Boxer's shoes, and what he would do about climate change. He says he is for "common sense solutions," which can come from either party. Sundheim believes he can bridge the partisan divide, and work across the aisle.

The candidate also discussed his views on immigration reform and the racial tension across the country. On immigration, he is in favor of "a pathway to legal status."
