Cameron Quon
Cameron Quon is a pre-med student studying broadcast journalism and natural science in his third year at USC. His dream career is to become a practicing physician who can combine his love for storytelling and science in the television, film, and multimedia industry.
He is involved in a variety of activities at USC including the Navigators (a non-denominational Christian ministry), Trojan Health Volunteers through which he volunteers at the Orthopedic Institute for Children, Flying Samaritans (a volunteer club that goes to Mexico every month to set up one-day health clinics), Trojan Health Connection (USC’s pre-health print and online newspaper), and Balance TV Show (the health and wellness show on Trojan Vision).
But beyond science and journalism he is passionate about a variety of hobbies such as single-origin coffee (specialty brewing and roasting), guitar, Chinese yo-yo (AKA: diabolo), anime, swim and golf, graphic design, coding, digital art and photography.
