Arizona Governor to Vote on Anti-Gay Bill
A controversial new bill that would allow businesses the right to deny service to gays has gone to Arizona Governor Jan Brewer.
Brewer, a Republican, is expected to take action on the bill on March 7. Businesses like American Airlines, AT&T, Intel, Marriot, and Petsmart are among those urging the governor to veto the bill.
Former Republican Presidential Nominee Mitt Romney is the latest public figure urging the governor to veto the bill.
One local business manager said the bill would be socially and economically detrimental to the entire nation.
