Beat the Bears Tailgate

The Undergraduate Student Government tailgate will be the only pre-game tailgate permitted.

Undergraduate Student Government (USG) is bringing its own tailgate to the Coliseum! In preparation to BEAT the bears, USG will be hosting the first and only tailgate for the matchup tonight.

The tailgate is located at the Jessie Brewer Park and will run from 3-5:30pm. Everyone who attends will each receive one savory and one dessert food ticket for free food from food trucks such as The Lobos Truck, Built Burgers, Mendocino Farms, and Paradise Italian Ice.

Attendees can look forward to live music, inflatable jousting, and a velcro wall for good family fun.

In addition, USG will feature a beer garden for attendees with a valid over the age of 21 license. The event encourages students, family, and friends alike to join apart in the celebration of school spirit.

The event will provide a wide-variety of music by premiere hip hop radio station Power 106’s DJ Carisma and Young California. While listening to the music, students can enter to win two free raffled tickets to the matchup tonight.

USC has been on a winning streak against Berkeley since 2004 and hopes the Trojans will maintain that record at today’s game.
