USC Tennis Looks to Bounce Back with Homestand

The No. 1 Trojans try to recuperate from first loss against visiting Cardinal and Hurricanes.

After falling to No. 2 Oklahoma in the ITA National Team Indoor Championship round Monday, the No. 1 USC men's tennis team (9-1) heads back to Marks Stadium for a weekend home series in hopes of recovering from the season's first loss. The Trojans will play host to the Stanford Cardinal Friday before welcoming the Tulsa Hurricanes Saturday.

Looking to learn from the loss, members of the USC squad understand that they need to be overpowering from the first serve until the last point is scored in order to return to their winning ways. The Trojans and Cardinal will square off for the first time this season Friday at 1:00 p.m.
