Trojans Conquer Cal; Smith-Schuster Faces Surgery

The Trojans ran over Berkely to seal their victory, 27-21, but that win did not come without a few injuries, including a hand fracture from wide receiver, JuJu Smith-Schuster.

The USC Trojans pulled off their second straight victory in a row on Saturday against the University of California at Berkley. The Men of Troy beat the Golden Bears on the road for a Halloween win, 27-21. A renewed running game was the overall theme for the Trojans who ran the ball 50 times against the Bears.

A running attack will be crucial to the Trojans this weekend as they face off against the Arizona Wildcats, specifically with the uncertain fate of sophomore wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster. Smith-Schuster suffered a hand fracture in Saturday's game. and underwent surgery for the injury this afternoon. According to USC Athletics, the star receiver will return depending on when he feels healthy.
