No. 16 Trojans Look to Cool Down Sun Devils
The No. 16 USC football team (3-1, 2-0) takes on visiting Arizona State (3-1, 1-1) at the L.A. Memorial Coliseum Saturday. With temperatures forcasted to be in the high-90s and the Sun Devils having one of the most explosive offenses in the nation, the Trojans emphasize that the key to their success will be the defense slowing down the attack.
In last year's match-up between the schools, ASU tallied over 600 yards in route to scoring 62 points against USC. In addition to losing the 2013 game, it was also the final game that former head coach Lane Kiffin was part of the USC program.
The Cardinal and Gold will put their unbeaten PAC-12 record on the line against the Sun Devils with kickoff slated at 4:30 p.m.
