Zach Banner: "It Hurts, It's Our Rivals"

USC offensive tackle Zach Banner talks about how he plans to improve for the Notre Dame game, how hard the loss to UCLA was, and staying positive after the loss.

The No. 19 USC football team (7-4, 6-3) fell to crosstown rival No. 9 UCLA 38-20 Saturday night at the Rose Bowl, making it three straight years the Bruins have gotten the best of the Trojans. After the game, sophomore lineman Zach Banner talked about how he and the rest of the line struggled to control the Bruin front attack.

The offensive line allowed six sacks on the night and Banner admitted that Saturday's game was the worst that he has played this season. He also explains the changes that he needs to make to his own play, including focusing more on his footing and technique off the snap each play.

Banner and the rest of the Trojans will be in action vs the Fighting Irish Saturday at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum with gametime set for 12:30 p.m.
